Creamy Pasta with Bavarian Sausage and Spinach

Bring water to a boil for the pasta.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel the onion and cut it into strips. Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into smaller pieces. Thoroughly rinse the spinach in cold water and let it drain.

Add the pasta and cook in salted water according to the package instructions.

Slice the sausage into rounds.

Drain the cooked pasta and toss it with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.

Heat oil in a pan, add the sausage, and sauté for 2–3 minutes.

Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper and sauté briefly. Season with salt, black pepper, white vinegar, and mustard.

Pour in the cooking cream. Rinse the cream package with a bit of water and add it to the mixture. Finally, add the spinach. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer on low heat for 6–8 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Serve the pasta on plates and pour the sauce over it. Serve immediately.
