Sauce:: 1 onion; 3 garlic clove; 1 zucchini; 1 red pepper; 2 tbspoil; 1 tspsalt; pinch black pepper; 1 pkgchili powder; pinch sugar; 1 pkgdried oregano; 1 pkgdiced tomatoes; 2 dlwater; 1 pkgwhite vinegar; 2 pkgBalkan cheese
Pasta:: 1 pkgpasta; 1 tbspoil

Bring water to boil for the pasta.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash and dice the zucchini. Rinse and chop the bell pepper.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and mix with oil.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the onion, zucchini, and bell pepper to the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, sugar, and dried oregano. Sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes, rinse the can with 1-2dl water, and add the water to the pan. Add the white wine vinegar as well. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5-8 minutes.
