Potato Coins:: 1 kg potatoes; 2 tbspoil; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgcumin
Minced Mixture:: 1 onion; 2 garlic clove; 2 red peppers; 1 tbspoil; 1 pkgground beef; 1.5 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 2 pkgpaprika powder; 1 pkgmustard; 1 pkgchives; 1 pkgsour cream
Salad:: 1 pkgrocket

Tip

Season the arugula salad with a quick and tasty dressing – mix one teaspoon of oil, one teaspoon of white wine vinegar, a pinch of salt, and pepper, and stir well.

Preheat the oven to 225°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices about 0.5–1 cm thick. Place them on the baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and caraway seeds. Gently mix everything together. Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for approximately 35 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into thin slices.

Chop the chives. Rinse the arugula in cold water in a colander and let it drain.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground meat and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat starts to brown.

Add the onion and peppers to the pan and sauté on medium heat for 2–3 minutes, until the vegetables soften slightly. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and mustard.

Stir in the sour cream and chives over low heat and warm through briefly.
