Potatoes:: 1 kg potatoes; 2 tbspoil; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgcumin
Minced Meat Filling:: 1 onion; 2 garlic clove; 2 sweet bell pepper; 1 tbspoil; 1 pkgground beef; 1.5 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 2 pkgpaprika powder; 1 pkgmustard; 1 pkgchives; 1 pkgsour cream
Salad:: 1 pkgrocket

Tips

Marinate the arugula with oil, white wine vinegar, and black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 225°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and halve the potatoes lengthwise and place them on the baking sheet. Season with oil, salt, black pepper, and cumin seeds. Place the potatoes in the oven and roast for about 35 minutes or until tender.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Rinse and slice the sweet peppers.Finely chop the chives. Rinse the arugula under cold water in a sieve and leave to drain.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the minced beef and cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.

Add the onions and sweet peppers to the pan and continue cooking for a few minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and mustard.

Quickly stir in the crème fraîche and chives.
