Potatoes:: 1 kg potatoes; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 2 tbspoil
Turkey:: 2 garlic clove; 1 tbspoil; 1 pkgground turkey mix; 0.5 tspsalt; pinch black pepper; 1 pkgcumin; 1 pkgpaprika powder
Additional Ingredients:: 1 pkgcheddar sauce; 1 salad; 1 red pepper

Tip

Save half of the cheddar sauce for finishing the portions.

Preheat the oven to 225 °C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Wash and chop the potatoes onto the tray. Season with salt, black pepper, and oil. Place the potatoes in the oven and roast for about 25 minutes.

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the ground chicken and fry, stirring, for about 4-5 minutes.Add the garlic to the pan and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika powder. Fry briefly.

After the potatoes have roasted for about 25 minutes, sprinkle the ground chicken over them. Spoon the cheddar sauce over the turkey. Continue roasting for about 5 more minutes.

Wash and slice the salad into strips. Wash and dice the peppers.

Serve the roasted potatoes and turkey on plates. Finish the dish with salad and peppers. Serve immediately.
