Spicy Beef Wok with Noodles

Prepare the sauce. Peel and grate the ginger and garlic cloves into a small bowl. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and white wine vinegar.

Bring water to a boil for the noodles. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them well and mix with the oil.

Peel, rinse, and slice the carrots into thin slices. Rinse the Chinese cabbage in a colander with cold water and let it drain.

Heat a large frying pan and add oil. Fry the minced beef in the pan, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes.

Add the carrots to the pan and continue frying for a few more minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder. Remove the mixture from the pan.

Reheat the same pan with oil. Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry briefly.

Add the minced meat, carrots, sauce, and noodles to the pan with the Chinese cabbage. Heat quickly.

Serve the minced meat wok immediately.
