Japanese Yakisoba Noddles Yummy Style

Bring water to a boil for the noodles. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked noodles well and mix them with oil.

Peel and grate the ginger and garlic. Rinse and slice the spring onions thinly.

Chop the bacon into pieces.

Heat a frying pan. Add the bacon and fry, stirring, for 3–4 minutes.

Add oil, garlic, ginger, half of the spring onions, and shredded cabbage to the pan. Continue frying for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the noodles and sauce into the pan. Fry briefly, stirring.

Serve the yakisoba noodles immediately. Garnish the portions with the remaining spring onions.
