This Asian ground beef stir-fry is ready in no time. The stir-fry includes ground beef and crispy broccoli, served with rice.

Seasoning Sauce:: 1 pkgsoya sauce; 0.5 pkgwine vinegar; 2 tbspwater; 1 tbspsugar
Rice:: 1 pkgjasmine rice
Marinated orange:: 2 orange; 1 red onion; 0.5 pkgwine vinegar; 1 tbspoil; 2 tspsugar; pinch salt
Stir-Fry:: 2 garlic clove; 1 broccoli; 0.5 tbspoil; 1 pkgground beef; pinch salt; pinch black pepper; 1 pkgchili powder

Tip

You can use also marinated red onion for finishing.

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, 1/2 package white wine vinegar, water, and sugar in a small bowl.

Bring water to a boil for the rice and cook according to package instructions.

Peel and segment the oranges into a bowl. Peel and slice the red onion as thinly as possible and add to the bowl. Season with rest of wine vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt. Mix well and set aside to marinate.

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Rinse and cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel and slice the stem as well.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring, for about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili powder.

Add the garlic and broccoli to the pan. Continue stirring for about 4-5 minutes.

Pour the seasoning sauce into the pan. Heat quickly while stirring, then remove from heat.Serve the rice in bowls and top with the ground beef stir-fry. Finish each serving with the marinated oranges and serve immediately.
