2 garlic clove

Tips
If desired, you can season the tuna pasta with a pinch of chili powder.

Bring water to a boil for the pasta.

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and onion. Rinse the spinach in cold water in a sieve and leave to drain.

Drain the tuna.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta well and mix in the oil.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the onions to the pan and sauté for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the tuna to the pan and continue cooking briefly. Season with salt, black pepper, and mustard.

Pour the cooking cream into the pan, rinse the can with water, and add the water to the pan. Stir in the spinach. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Finish the sauce with lime juice.
