Tuna sauce:: 2 garlic clove; 1 onion; 1 pkgbaby spinach; 2 pkgtuna; 1 tbspoil; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgmustard; 1 pkgcooking cream; 1 dlwater
Pasta:: 1 pkgpasta; 1 tbspoil

Pour 4–5 liters of water into a large pot and bring it to a boil.

Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Rinse the spinach under cold water in a strainer and let it drain.

Drain the tuna.

Cook the pasta in the prepared water according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta well and toss it with some oil.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for a few minutes until it softens.

Add the tuna to the pan and heat it briefly, about 1–2 minutes, until warmed through.

Pour the cooking cream into the pan. Reduce the heat to low, rinse the package with water, and add it to the mixture. Stir in the spinach. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 3–5 minutes. Season the sauce with lime juice.

Serve the pasta on plates according to the number of diners and top with the tuna sauce.
