Catalan Stew:: 1 onion; 3 garlic clove; 2 carrot; 2 red pepper; 1 pkgchorizo sausages; 2 tbspoil; 1 pkgspice mix; 1 pkgcumin; 1 pkgworcestershire sauce; 1 candiced tomatoes; 2 dlwater; pinch salt; pinch sugar
