Salmon in Teriyaki Sauce & Noodles

Put the water for the noodles in a large pot and bring it to a boil.

Rinse the spinach in a colander under cold water and leave it to drain.

Peel and chop the garlic clove. Cut the salmon into portions according to the number of diners.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain the cooked noodles well and place them in a bowl. Mix in the oil and spinach. Season with salt and black pepper. Squeeze in the lime juice.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add some cooking oil. Place the salmon in the pan, skin side down and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip the fish and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped garlic to the pan, pour the teriyaki sauce over the fish and add the water. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.

Serve the teriyaki salmon with the noodles.
