Spicy Beef Soup with Coconut Milk

Peel and chop the potatoes. Peel, rinse, and dice the carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

Heat a pot with oil. Add the beef slices to the hot pot and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the potatoes, carrots, and onions to the pot. Fry briefly and season with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Pour in the coconut milk, rinse the can with water, and add that too. Measure the water from the recipe and pour it into the pot. Season with soy sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the meat is soft.

Finish the soup with lime juice and serve immediately.
