BBQ Flavoring Sauce:: 1 pkgBBQ sauce; 2 pkgsoya sauce; 1.5 tbspsugar; 1 pkgwhite vinegar; small piece ginger
Stir-Fry:: 1 broccoli; 2 tbspoil; 1 pkgbeef strips; 1 tspsalt; pinch black pepper; 4 dlwater
Additional Ingredients:: 1 pkgrice noodles; 1 tbspoil; 1 pkgspring onion; 1 pkgsesame seeds

Prepare the BBQ seasoning mix for the dish. In a small bowl, pour BBQ sauce, add soy sauce, sugar, and white wine vinegar. Peel and grate the ginger directly into the bowl.

Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets. Peel the stalk and slice it into thin pieces.

Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and sauté them for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Pour the prepared BBQ mixture over the beef strips and add 3 dl of water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer on low heat for approximately 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add the sliced broccoli to the pan and cook for another 5–8 minutes until the meat is tender. Add a little water if needed.

Bring water to a boil for the noodles and cook them according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with a tablespoon of oil.

Wash the spring onion and finely chop it.

Serve the noodles on plates, top with the beef mixture, and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
