This is an easy and quick creamy cold smoked salmon pasta with spinach and lemon. Yummy!

Sauce:: 2 garlic clove; 1 pkgbaby spinach; 1 pkgsmoked salmon; 1 tbspbutter; 0.5 tbspoil; pinch salt; 1 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgcooking cream; 0,5 lemon zest and 1 juice
Additional ingredients:: 1 pkgpasta; 1 tbspoil

Bring the water to a boil for the pasta.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Rinse the spinach in a colander with cold water and leave to drain.

Cut the smoked salmon into smaller pieces.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the cooked pasta well and mix in the oil.

Heat the frying pan, butter and oil. Add garlic and smoked salmon to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Add the cooking cream and spinach to the pan. Rinse the cream cup with water and add to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.

Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce.

Grate the zest of half a washed lemon into the pasta and finish with lemon juice.
