Lemon Shrimp Pasta with Spinach and Cherry Tomatoes

Bring water to a boil for the pasta.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Slice the chili. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Rinse the spinach in a sieve with cold water and let it drain.

Drain the shrimp. Finely chop the dill.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and mix with oil.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the garlic, chili, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté, stirring, for a few minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Pour the cooking cream into the pan. Rinse the package with water and add it to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.

Add the lemon zest and squeeze in the lemon juice.

Mix in the shrimp, spinach, and cooked pasta. Quickly heat through, stirring. Finish with chopped dill.

Serve the shrimp pasta immediately.
