- Sauce:
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 pkgcherry tomatoes
- 1 pkghalloumi-type cheese
- 1 pkgbacon
- 1 tbspoil
- 0.5 tspsalt
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
- 1 pkgpaprika powder
- 1 pkgdried oregano
- 1 pkgcooking cream
- Pasta:
- 1 pkgpasta
- 0.5 tbspoil
Add the fried halloumi to simmer at the same time with the cooking cream.
- 1Bring water to a boil for the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain well and add the oil.
- 2Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 3Cut the halloumi into cubes. Chop the bacon.
- 4Heat the frying pan and oil. Add the halloumi to the hot pan and fry, turning, for about 4–5 minutes. Transfer to a plate to wait.
- 5Reheat the same pan and add the bacon. Fry, turning, for about 3–4 minutes.
- 6Add the onion and cherry tomatoes to the pan and continue frying for a moment. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.
- 7Pour the cooking cream into the pan, rinse the container with water, and add the water as well. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 8When the sauce has simmered for about 5 minutes, mix in the cooked pasta and halloumi.
- 9Serve the pasta immediately.
