Potatoes:: 1 kg potatoes; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgdried thyme; 2 tbspoil
Meat mixture:: 1 onion; 3 garlic clove; 1 red pepper; 1 tbspoil; 1 pkgground beef; 1 tspsalt; pinch black pepper; 1 pkgpaprika powder; 1 pkgcrushed tomatoes; 2 dlwater; 1 pkggrated cheese
Salad:: 1 pkgrocket; 1 pkgherb dressing

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Wash and slice the potatoes thinly, place them in a baking dish, drizzle with oil, and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Bake for about 30 minutes until tender.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and chop into cubes.

Heat a pan with oil. Add the ground beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Continue sautéing for another 3-4 minutes.

Add the crushed tomatoes, rinse the can with water, and add to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few more minutes.

After 30 minutes, when the potatoes are tender, spread the meat mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden.

Rinse the rocket in cold water, let it drain well, and place in a bowl with balsamic dressing.

Serve the potato gratin with the arugula salad on the side.
