Filled Tortillas:: 1 pkgred beans; 3 garlic clove; 1 pkgground beef; 1 tbspoil; 1 pkgdiced tomatoes; 1 dlwater; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgpaprika powder; 1 pkgdried basil; 1 pkgwhite vinegar; 1 pkgtortillas; 2 pkggrated cheese
Additional Ingredients:: 1 pkgsour cream; 1 lime

Preheat the oven to 225 °C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Drain the beans, rinse them in a colander under cold water, and let them drain.

Peel the garlic and chop it finely.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground meat and sauté, stirring constantly, for 3–4 minutes. Then add the garlic and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.

Add the beans and crushed tomatoes. Rinse the tomato can with water and pour it into the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, dried basil, and wine vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Lay the tortillas on a large cutting board. Evenly spread the meat mixture over each tortilla and sprinkle with some of the grated cheese. Set aside about one-third of the cheese for topping. Roll up the tortillas and arrange them side by side in the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the tortillas with the remaining grated cheese and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese turns golden.
