Introducing our Yummy favorite pasta variant. It combines the freshness of broccoli and tomatoes with the rich flavor of melted Balkan cheese, adding a creamy note to every bite. You'll definitely enjoy it!

Preheat the oven to 225°C.

Peel the onion and garlic, then finaly chop. Wash and chop the tomatoes. Wash the broccoli, cut it into florets, and place it in a baking dish. Add the chopped broccoli stalk, tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Finely chop the chili pepper and add it to the dish as well.

Season the vegetables with oil, salt, and black pepper. Place the whole block of Balkan cheese on top of the vegetables. Drizzle the cheese with olive oil and sprinkle with dried thyme. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, until the vegetables and cheese are golden.

Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain it thoroughly.

Slice the fresh basil into strips.

Once the vegetables with the Balkan cheese are roasted, remove the dish from the oven. Mix the cheese with the vegetables. Then add the pasta and stir everything thoroughly.

Finally, season the pasta with lemon juice and fresh basil.
