Potatoes:: 1 kg potatoes; 0.5 tspsalt; 3 tbspbutter
Stew:: 1 onion; 2 garlic clove; 1 pkgolives; 1 pkgsun-dried tomatoes; 2 tbspoil; 1 pkgchicken breasts; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgdried herbs; 2 pkgwine vinegar; 1 pkgcooking cream; 2 dlwater

Pour 2–2.5 liters of water into a large pot and bring it to a boil.

Cut the chicken breasts into strips.

Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into smaller pieces. Add a pinch of salt to the water, place the potatoes in, and cook until tender.

Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion and garlic. Drain the olives and cut them in half. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and quickly sear the chicken strips over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring constantly, until golden brown.

Add the onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives. Season with salt, black pepper, a mix of dried herbs, and white wine vinegar, and continue sautéing over medium heat for another 2–3 minutes.

Pour the cream into the pan, rinse the package with water, and add it to the mixture. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 5–8 minutes.

Drain the cooked potatoes well. Mash them with a potato masher and mix with butter, adding salt as needed.
