Beef Mix:: 1 onion; 2 garlic clove; 2 carrot; 1 pkgmushrooms; 2 tbspoil; 1 pkgbeef strips; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgdried thyme; 1 pkgmustard; 4 dl water; 1 meat stock cube; 1 pkgcooking cream; 1 dlwater

Bring water to a boil for the potatoes. Peel or wash the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until cooked.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel, rinse, and slice the carrots. Rinse and slice the mushrooms.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the beef strips and fry for about 4 minutes, stirring.

Add the onion, carrots, and mushrooms to the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, and mustard.

Pour water into the pan and add the meat stock cube. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add more water if necessary.
