2 garlic cloves

First, prepare the water for the pasta. Put it in a large pot and bring it to a boil.

Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Peel and dice the red onion. Rinse the spinach in cold water, ideally in a colander, and let it drain.

Place the pasta in boiling salted water and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta well in a colander, then mix it with a drop of oil to prevent sticking.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drop of oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté it for about 5 minutes until it softens and turns golden. Then add the chopped garlic and sauté for another 1 minute until it becomes fragrant.

Add the chopped chicken. Season the meat with salt and pepper as needed. Cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown, which usually takes about 4-5 minutes.

Pour the cooking cream into the pan and add the basil pesto. Then rinse the cream container with a little water and pour this water into the pan. Add the spinach. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.
