Smoked Salmon Soup:: 1 kg potatoes; 3 carrot; 1 onion; 1 tbspoil; 2 tbspbutter; 1-1,1 l water; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgfennel seeds; 1 pkg smoked salmon; 1 pkgdill; 1 pkgcooking cream; 1 lemon

Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion.

In a large pot, heat the oil and butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add water, season with salt and pepper, and add fennel seeds.

Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.

Cut the smoked salmon into smaller pieces. Rinse and finely chop the dill.

Add the chopped smoked salmon and cooking cream to the pot. Then bring the soup to a boil.

Finally, season the soup with lemon juice and add the fresh dill. Enjoy your meal.
