Crispy Pork Schnitzels with Mashed Potatoes and Salad

Bring the water to a boil for the potatoes. Peel and chop the potatoes. Cook until tender in salted water.

Rinse and tear the salad into a bowl. Wash and chop the cucumber. Season with oil, juice of half a lemon, salt and black pepper.

Heat enough oil and butter in a pan. Add the schnitzels to the pan and fry for about 4-5 minutes per side.

Drain potatoes and mash them with a masher or fork. Mix in the butter and add salt if necessary.

Serve the pork schnitzels with mashed potatoes and salad. Finish the dish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
