Pork with Gratinated Cauliflower and Lemon Gremolata
Gremolata is a classic Italian herb sauce that goes perfectly with steaks. Served with a delicious cheesy cauliflower gratin.

- 1 pkgparsley
- zest 0.5 lemon
- juice 1 lemon
- 5 tbsp olive oil

- 1 pkgpork sirloin
- 1 tbspoil
- 0.5 tspsalt
