Ground Beef Patties with Pepper Sauce & Roasted Root Vegetables
On chilly autumn days, hearty beef meatballs paired with roasted root vegetables are sure to hit the spot. A hint of spices and a zesty pepper sauce add a unique touch to the dish.

Root Vegetables:
1 pkgcarrots
2 parsnip
600g potatoes
2 tbspoil
1.5 tspsalt
pinch black pepper
2 pkgdried thyme
1 pkghoney
Patties:
0.5 tbspoil
1 pkgground beef
1 pkgcooking cream
1 tspblack pepper
1 pkgsoya sauce
1 pkgmustard

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Wash the carrots, parsnips, and potatoes. Dry and chop them, then place them on the tray. Season with oil, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and honey. Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked through.

Shape the ground beef mixture into patties with oiled hands.

Heat a frying pan. Add the beef patties to the pan and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side.

Pour the cooking cream into the pan, rinse the package with water, and add it as well. Season the sauce with black pepper, soy sauce, and mustard. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the patties are fully cooked.

Serve the beef patties with the pepper sauce and roasted root vegetables.
