The pork cutlets are tender and infused with a rich mustard-soy sauce, delivering a delightful balance of tanginess and umami. The creamy mashed potatoes provide a comforting base, perfectly complemented by the crisp freshness of a salad dressed in a light and tangy French dressing.

Crushed potatoes:: 1 kg potatoes; 1 tsp salt; 3 tbspbutter
Steaks:: 1 pkgpork hind leg; 2 tbspoil; 0.5 tspsalt; 0,5-1 tsp black pepper; 1 pkgcooking cream; 1 pkgmustard; 1 pkgsoya sauce
Salad:: 1 salad; 1 pkgcherry tomatoes; 1 pkgsalad dressing

Pour 2–2.5 liters of water into a large pot for the potatoes and bring it to a boil.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into smaller pieces. Add a pinch of salt to the water, place the potatoes in, reduce the heat to low, and cook until tender.

Cut the pork into slices approximately 1–1.5 cm thick and gently press the slices to ensure they are evenly thin, allowing for faster and more even cooking. Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1–2 tablespoons of oil. Add the pork slices and cook them on both sides for approximately 4–5 minutes.

Pour cooking cream into the pan, then rinse the package with 2 dl of water and add it to the pan as well.

Season the cream with mustard and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.

Rinse the salad and tear it into smaller pieces into a bowl. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and add them to the salad. Finally, dress the salad with dressing and mix gently. Optionally, season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the cooked potatoes and mash them with a fork. Add 2–3 tablespoons of butter. Adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly.

Serve the pork slices in sauce on plates and accompany with a portion of mashed potatoes and salad. Enjoy your meal.
