Sweet potatoes:: 2 pkgsweet potato; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgdried thyme; 2 tbspoil
Chicken:: 1 pkgbnls chicken thighs; 1 tspsalt; pinch black pepper; 1 tbspoil; 1 pkghoney; 1 pkgmustard; 2 garlic clove; 2 tbspbutter
Sauce:: 1 pkgsour cream; pinch salt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; tbsp sugar; 1 lemon
Salad:: 1 salad; 1 cucumber; 2 tbspolive oil; pinch salt; pinch black pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 225°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and cut them into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Place them on one half of the baking sheet, season with salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and drizzle with oil.

3. Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, oil, honey, and mustard. Grate the peeled garlic and add it to the mixture, then stir everything well.

4. Cut the chicken meat into smaller pieces and coat them in the marinade.

5. Place the chicken meat on the baking sheet next to the sweet potatoes and bake in the oven for 30–35 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the meat to ensure it cooks evenly.

6. Season the sour cream with salt, black pepper, sugar, and lemon juice.

7. Wash the salad and tear it into a bowl. Wash the cucumber, slice it, and add it to the salad. Then season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and toss.

8. Serve the honey-mustard chicken with crispy sweet potatoes, salad, and dip. Enjoy!
