Beef Fajitas with Rice

Peel and chop the onion. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and slice it into strips.

Heat a pan and add some oil. Add the beef strips and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Add the onion and sliced bell pepper to the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, and fajita seasoning, and sauté for about another 2 minutes.

Pour the crushed tomatoes into the pan, rinse the can with water, and add it to the beef strips. Bring to a boil and cook for about 18-20 minutes. Add more water if needed.

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once the rice is ready, divide it into serving bowls and top with the beef and vegetables.

Serve with sour cream and garnish with chopped cilantro.
