- Roasted Potatoes:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 tbspoil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
- 1 pkgdried thyme
- Salad Base:
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 pkgtomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 pkgtuna
- Další ingredience:
- 1 honey-mustard dressing
- 1 pkgbalkan cheese
- 1Preheat the oven to 225°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Wash the potatoes, cut them, and spread them on the baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, season with salt, black pepper, thyme and mix well. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
- 3Rinse the spinach under cold water in a colander and let it drain. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Peel the red onion and slice it into strips. Drain the tuna and add it to a large bowl along with the tomatoes, onion, and spinach.
- 4Remove the baking sheet from the oven, let the potatoes cool for 5 minutes, then add them to the bowl with the other ingredients. Pour in the dressing and gently mix.
- 5Serve the salad on plates and crumble the Balkan cheese on top.
