BBQ Chicken pasta

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease a baking dish with oil.

Peel the red onion and garlic, chop them finely, and place them in the baking dish. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, and add them to the onion and garlic.

Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and place it in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of oil and season with salt, black pepper, and dried herbs. Then mix everything well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Meanwhile, pour 4–5 liters of water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Add salt to the water, then add the pasta and cook over medium heat according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain the pasta thoroughly and toss it with a tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking.

After 30 minutes of baking, add BBQ sauce to the chicken and tomatoes, mix everything together, and bake for an additional 7 minutes.

When the chicken is fully cooked, remove the dish from the oven and combine the contents with the cooked pasta.

Serve the BBQ pasta mixture onto plates and enjoy immediately. Bon appétit!
