Sauce:: 1 onion; 2 garlic clove; 1 red pepper; 1 green pepper; 2 tbspoil; 1 pkgpork mince mixture; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgdried herbs; 1 pkgtomato purée; 1 pkgcooking cream; 2 dlwater

Pour 4–4.5 liters of water into a large pot for the pasta and bring it to a boil.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips.

Once the water starts boiling, add salt and the pasta, then cook according to the package instructions. After cooking, drain the pasta thoroughly and mix it with a tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking.

Place the minced meat in a bowl, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix well. Lightly coat your hands with oil, shape the meat into balls, and set them aside on a plate.

Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and fry them for 5–6 minutes, turning them regularly to ensure even cooking.

Add the chopped onion and peppers to the pan and sauté over medium heat for about 3–4 minutes.

Add tomato paste, a pinch of salt and pepper, dried herbs, and mix thoroughly.

Pour the cooking cream into the pan and rinse the container with water, adding it to the mixture as well. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and let it heat through for a moment.
