Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. Add the minced meat to the pan and fry it for about 4 minutes.

Add garlic to the pan. Season the minced beef with salt and pepper and continue to sauté.

Pour the crushed tomatoes into the pan, rinse the can with a little water, and add it to the meat. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.

Place the pita bread on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the meat mixture over the pita bread, sprinkle with chopped peppers, and add the shredded cheese on top.

Place in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
