Yummy raffle rules

2. Participation in the raffle

Participation in the raffle takes place as separately announced in connection with the raffle. The start and end time of the draw will also be announced separately in connection with the draw. Yummy will draw a winner among all those who participated in the draw. All natural persons over the age of 18 living in the Czech Republic can participate in the draw. Employees of Yummy and persons living in the same household with employees who have participated in the implementation or arrangements of the draw cannot participate in the draw.

3. Completion of the draw

The prize will be drawn during the first week of the month following the end of the draw. The lottery is conducted by Yummy.

4. Award

a. Monthly raffle: the winner will receive €400 in credits to their Yummy account. Winning requires creating your own account. Credits work on Ruokaboksi's platform as money for buying products. With the winning amount, you can buy all the products available. Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of the draw.

b. Annual raffle: the winner will receive free Food Boxes for a year, i.e. a maximum of 52 free Food Boxes. The value of the prize is a maximum of €5,035, depending on which Yummy product the raffle winner chooses. The benefit is valid for the following 52 weeks from the draw date.

The raffle prize cannot be exchanged for money or any other commodity.

5. Notifying the winners and handing over the prize

After the draw ends, Yummy will notify the winner personally. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner. Redeeming the prize requires that the Yummy recipe boxes can be delivered to an address in the Yummy delivery area (See delivery area).

6. Costs related to the prize

Yummy offers the prize to the winner, and is responsible for the expenses related to the prize of the draw, such as the statutory lottery tax. However, the winner of the prize is responsible for all other possible costs related to receiving or using the prize or participating in the raffle.

7. Processing of personal data

Yummy processes the personal data provided by the participants, such as name, phone number, postal address and email, for the purpose of conducting the draw, informing the winners and delivering the prize. Personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes without the participant's prior consent (opt-in). 8. Other conditions of the draw

By participating in the Yummy raffle, participants agree to follow these rules. Yummy has the right to ignore or reject entries that are incorrect or do not comply with these rules. Yummy publishes the winner's first name on its website.
